A Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held in-person on Sunday March 3, 2024 at 1:00pm in the gym.

Light lunch will be provided, so please reserve your time to attend. In the SGM, we will vote to approve the delay of our AGM to Sunday April 7, 2024. Our current bylaw requires an AGM meeting before March 31st; however, as the 2024 budget & 2023 financials are incomplete and as people leave for spring break and easter celebrations, the board cannot find a suitable date for the AGM in March. In addition, we would also like to use this opportunity to present the gym renovation project. The final approval of the gym project will be determined in the AGM.
