AGM 2026 Rescheduled to April 5, 2026 after Easter Joint Worship.
Due to an insufficient number of members present to meet the quorum for the AGM on March 8, 2026, as required by the BPGC by-law (35% of active members), the 2026 AGM has been rescheduled to *April 5, 2026, immediately following the Easter Joint Service.* The updated AGM agenda has been posted on our church website. The Deacon Board sincerely asks all members to reserve this date and time to attend the annual AGM so that the church’s 2026 operating budget can be reviewed and approved.
*As the presentations and Q&A sessions were already conducted on March 8, 2026, there will be no ministry or report presentations at this AGM.
