During the demolition phase of our renovation project, the contractor discovered structural issues concerning the stage and ceiling. As a result, we will likely need to apply for a building permit, which may extend our timeline. The contractor has proposed a solution; however, it does not align with our budget and schedule. After careful consideration, the renovation team has decided to part ways with the current contractor.

We are now meeting with several other contractors and trades to explore alternative solutions and move the project forward. At this time, we do not have a confirmed timeline, but we will keep everyone updated as we make progress.
