This year, the joint Thanksgiving Worship & Baptism/Membership Transfer will be held on Sunday October 12, 2025 at 10:00am.

Baptism:

If you have received Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour, and also attend our church’s Sunday worship, fellowship, and Sunday school regularly, we sincerely invite you to get baptized in order to publicly witness your commitment to Christ.  Applicant is required to attend the “Baptismal Class”, of which the time and date will be announced later.

Membership Transfer:

If you have been baptized, have attended our church in the past 3 months, and participated in our church’s various activities regularly, such as Sunday worship, fellowship, and Sunday school, we sincerely welcome you to join our membership to become one of our church members.  Applicant is required to attend the “Membership Class”, of which the time and date will be announced later.

Please complete the application below. You will also need to prepare a) a personal testimony and b) a reference letter from your former church. Please submit completed applications to pastoral staff or church office.
