嚴國樑牧師出生於香港，於香港蒙召接受全時間神學裝備，先後畢業於香港及北美的不同神學院，並取得教牧學、道學碩士、舊約研究、教牧事工、領導學、靈修指導、心理學及教牧學博士等多項學位。2000年移居加拿大溫哥華後，加入本立比頌恩堂（Burnaby Pacific Grace Church）牧會，現任主任牧師，致力於牧養、講道、門徒培育及教會更新事工。
除了教會牧職外，嚴牧師亦積極投入神學教育，現為加拿大華人神學院（溫哥華）特約教授及漢語網絡神學院靈修學系、牧職培育系專任講師，並曾擔任Carey神學院客座教授。他長期教授聖經研究、靈命塑造、教牧學、屬靈導引（Spiritual Direction）及宗教心理學等課程，致力培育新一代牧者與教會領袖。
嚴牧師相信，教會的更新始於生命的更新；真正的門徒訓練，不僅是知識的增長，更是生命被基督塑造成祂的樣式。他多年來持續在教會、神學院及各地培訓聚會中分享靈命塑造、講道與牧養信息，盼望幫助信徒活出整全而成熟的基督徒生命。
叧興趣方面則有: 閱讀、打籃球及喜歡觀看劇集，電影等。太太Winnie Chik為專業輔導員，曾經育有兩隻貓兒，名叫Nosey 及 Naughty，現有養育另外兩隻貓兒，分別名為Mr. Nice和 Noisy 。
Rev. Enoch Yim was born in Hong Kong and was called there to receive full-time theological training. He graduated from various seminaries in Hong Kong and North America, earning multiple degrees in pastoral ministry, theology, Old Testament studies, pastoral care, leadership, spiritual direction, psychology, and pastoral theology, including a doctorate. After moving to Vancouver in 2000, he joined Burnaby Pacific Grace Church as a pastor and is now serving as the senior pastor, focusing on shepherding, preaching, discipleship training, and church renewal ministries.
In addition to his pastoral work, Rev. Enoch Yim is also actively involved in theological education. He is currently a visiting professor at the Chinese Canadian Theological Seminary in Vancouver and a full-time lecturer in Spiritual Formation and Pastoral Training at the Chinese Online Theological Seminary. He has also served as a guest professor at Carey Theological College. He has long taught courses in biblical studies, spiritual formation, pastoral ministry, spiritual direction, and the psychology of religion, dedicating himself to training a new generation of pastors and church leaders.
Rev. Enoch Yim believes that the renewal of the church begins with the renewal of life; true discipleship training is not just about gaining knowledge, but about being shaped by Christ into His likeness. Over the years, he has continuously shared messages on spiritual formation, preaching, and pastoral care in churches, seminaries, and training gatherings, hoping to help believers live a whole and mature Christian life.
On the personal side, his interests include reading, playing basketball, and watching TV shows and movies. His wife, Winnie Chik, is a professional counselor. They once had two cats named Nosey and Naughty, and currently are raising two cats named Mr. Nice and Noisy.
