Expenses Reimbursement

If congregation members have made any expenses for the church for this current year (2026), please fill in & submit your claim forms to the church office as soon as possible in order to receive reimbursement.

The claim forms can be found in the bottom left mail slot shelf. Please fill out a form, obtain the signatures of the corresponding Ministry Leads/Department Heads, and attach your receipts. If any questions, please contact the Department Heads or church office.

如弟兄姊妹在本年內有為教會事工墊支款項, 請盡快向教會報銷索回款項。請到信格最左排下格索取報銷表格, 填上金額交有關事工領袖/部長批準。如有欵問, 請與有關部長或辦公室聯絡。
